Customer Service la cel mai inalt nivel – Case Study

“Clientul e regele!” zice o vorba din lumea business-ului si se pare ca multe afaceri se conduc dupa aceasta regula, adaptata (sau nu) mai apoi, la propriile reguli ale casei. Cand vine vorba de a face tot posibilul pentru a oferi clientului o experienta unica si memorabila in legatura cu produsul/serviciul tau, se pare ca nimic nu “este prea mult” pentru unii manageri/patroni.

Mi-a parvenit astazi acest link si nu pot sa nu-l impart cu voi! Este exemplul perfect de Marketing emotional – despre care am mai scris AICI. Si cand mai adaugi la asta:

– deschidere si umor fata de cerintele clientilor

– real time marketing

– instrumente de marketing relativ noi:: abordarea clientului prin sms,sistem de rating, promovarea hotelului pe TripAdvisor + tracking cu bit.ly

– servicii de customer service impecabile

obtii reteta perfecta. Parerea mea, evident. 🙂
